Volney appointed exclusive leasing partner for Trade Centre G3 restaurant space
Volney, the real estate advisory and investor network founded by Rohan Sheth, has been named exclusive leasing partner for the restaurant retail space at Trade Centre G3 in Mumbai by The Master Clock & Watch Works Pvt. Ltd.
Volney will manage the full leasing process, from identifying suitable F&B or retail brands and arranging site visits to leading commercial negotiations and closing agreements. The role includes sourcing prospective licensees and guiding the landlord through finalisation of terms.
Nirmal Patel, owner of The Master Clock & Watch Works Pvt. Ltd., said they chose Volney for its clear understanding of Mumbai’s retail and dining scene and its relationship-driven approach. “We want a tenant that fits the location, adds value to Trade Centre G3 and enhances the visitor experience,” he said.
Rohan Sheth added that the landlord’s focus on long-term value and careful brand selection made the assignment a strong fit for Volney. The firm will work to bring a brand that aligns with the property’s positioning and commercial goals.
Volney has grown its presence in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market through office leasing, retail advisory and asset management. Its past work includes transactions for companies such as Logitech Electronics India and Smif Capital, and advisory services for multinational firms, investors and high-net-worth clients across the city’s main business districts.
