Brawn Globus Delivers High-Security Flagship HQ for Russia’s VTB Bank in Heart of New Delhi
Brawn Globus, a leading integrated design, build and project management firm in India, has completed and handed over the new corporate headquarters of VTB Bank at Hindustan Times House, 18–20 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, central New Delhi.
The flagship office will serve as a key hub for VTB Bank’s growing India operations, supporting closer financial cooperation between Russia and India through integration with both countries’ national payment systems and enabling trade settlements in rupees and rubles. The launch aligns with the anniversary of VTB’s presence in India, following its initial entry in the market via a representative office in the mid-2000s.
The project called for exacting execution, tight coordination and adherence to global banking and compliance norms, with Brawn Globus designing a workspace that addresses high-security and high-governance requirements for an international financial hub. “Creating a workplace for an institution of VTB Bank’s global stature demanded an absolute focus on safety, quality and reliability,” said Sandeep Singh, Managing Director, Brawn Globus, adding that the successful delivery underscores the firm’s capability to handle complex, high-stakes mandates for multinational clients in India.
