In a heartfelt display of art and compassion, Michelle and Yohan Poonawalla extended their support to Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, through the ‘Move for Cancer Awareness’ initiative by the MCan Foundation. Michelle contributed two of her renowned artworks, ‘Graffiti Ganesha’ and ‘Divine Blessings,’ to the 13th edition of the Crimson Charity Gala 2025 — an annual event blending fashion, philanthropy, and art.

Founded by designer Maheka Mirpuri, the MCan Foundation’s initiative has raised over ₹11.8 crores to date for cancer patients from underprivileged backgrounds. This year’s gala alone generated ₹4.28 crores, reaffirming the commitment to provide vital treatment and care.

Michelle’s artworks, celebrated for their spiritual and emotional resonance, drew strong attention from art enthusiasts and collectors alike. Reflecting on her participation, Michelle said that art possesses the ability to heal, connect, and inspire positive change — ideals she holds close in her philanthropic journey.

Yohan Poonawalla shared that contributing through art was both a privilege and responsibility, emphasizing their belief in giving back to society and supporting healthcare causes that make a lasting impact.
