Noida: “Hobbs & Shaw” is an upcoming American action comedy film directed by David Leitch and written by Chris Morgan. It is set to be a spin-off from The Fast and the Furious franchise featuring two characters, Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw in the leading roles.
The film will star Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Idris Elba, Vanessa Kirby and Helen Mirren.

The film chronicles federal agent Luke Hobbs and former-British military turned mercenary Deckard Shaw hunting a new threat emerging from Brixton, a cyber-genetically enhanced international terrorist.
Makers of Hobbs & Shaw are going all out to woo their Indian audience, and will soon release the trailer in 10 Indian languages to cater to the local audience. Universal Pictures India will release the trailer in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali and Bhojpuri.
The film is scheduled to be released on August 2, 2019, by Universal Pictures.
