Mumbai: Actress Archanna Guptaa is known for her stellar performance in south films and now seems to be the favourites amongst the critics with her hard-hitting performance in Poison. Zee5 Original “Poison” is a Crime thriller starring Tanuj Virwani, Freddy Daruwala, Arbaaz Khan, Riya Sen and others. The narrative is set around 2 cities- Mumbai and Goa.
Talking about web-series and characters, Archanna said, “Poison is an entertaining web-series, which has something for everybody. I mean, we got Love, Lust, Greed, and Revenge, we got everything. So it has something for every kind of audience”.
Adding further Archanna said that playing Megha the character of Freddy Daruwala’s wife was quite an interesting opportunity. “The role wasn’t only intense but much to do with emotions. It was a great working atmosphere and having shot in Goa the work seemed to be more of fun and we didn’t know when the shoot came to an end.
Bollywood for me happened cause I was a Madhuri Dixit fan and was in awe of her acting and beauty and that’s when I decided this is what I wanted to do“.
