This one spotlights the leading lady, Kayadu Lohar, in a solo shot that screams intrigue. Best part? It confirms the worldwide theatrical release on April 9. Posters are out in five languages, starting with Malayalam, building serious hype for Pallichattambi movie.
Kayadu Lohar first grabbed South Indian hearts as the heroine in the Tamil blockbuster Dragon. Her intro video for Pallichattambi went viral earlier, and now she’s officially returning to Malayalam cinema with this role. Tovino Thomas sports a completely fresh look here, something we’ve never seen from him before.
Directed by Dijo Jose Antony, the screenplay comes from S. Suresh Babu. Production is by Noufal and Brijeesh via Worldwide Films, plus Chanukya, Chaitanya, and Charan under C Cube Bros Entertainments. The story unfolds in the 1950s-60s era, with a stacked cast including Vijay Raghavan, Sudheer Karamana, Baburaj, Vinod Kedamangalam, Prashanth Alex, and more.
