Bigg Boss 19 WKV: Salman Khan Backs Malti, Praises Mridul & Slams Tanya’s ‘Sympathy Card’

The latest Bigg Boss 19 Weekend Ka Vaar episode delivered a mix of laughter, confrontations, and Salman Khan’s unfiltered take on the house dynamics.
The show kicked off with Pranit More lightening the mood by roasting contestants, leaving everyone laughing. But once Salman arrived, the atmosphere shifted, and straight talk took centre stage.
Salman began by applauding Mridul Tiwari for his “outstanding” performance during the week, crediting Malti Chahar for helping him shine. “You stood out because of her,” he quipped, urging Mridul to thank her.
Malti then stirred things up by openly naming the alliance groups inside the house — Nehal and Farhana’s group, “The Backbenchers” (Amaal Mallik, Zeishan Quadri, Shehbaz and Basir), and another comprising Abhishek, Ashnoor, Gaurav, Kunika, and Pranit. She admitted to being part of The Backbenchers.
When contestants rated Malti’s behaviour, eight — including Nehal and Basir — gave her a red flag, while six, including Shehbaz and Zeishan Quadri, backed her with green flags. Nehal criticised Malti for her kitchen attitude, but Salman quickly reminded Nehal that she too had once refused kitchen duties, prompting her to concede fault.
The host then turned to Tanya Mittal, accusing her of playing for sympathy. “Why are you always the centre of attention with this sympathy card?” he asked. Tanya claimed she no longer cried easily, but Salman pressed further, questioning why she exaggerated common issues.
Addressing rumours of bias towards Amaal Mallik, Salman dismissed them, insisting he has scolded Amaal the most, though not every segment makes it to air.
