Love Turns into Fear: Hungama OTT Unveils Prayagraj Ki Love Story, a Thrilling Ride Through Romance and Survival
When romance takes a chilling turn, what unfolds is not always what the heart expects. Hungama OTT has launched its gripping new original series, Prayagraj Ki Love Story, streaming from January 8, 2026. Set in the culturally vibrant city of Prayagraj, the show transforms an ordinary romantic getaway into a tense survival saga filled with twists, betrayal, and raw human emotions.
Featuring Gaurav Sharma, Ambika Vani, Pavitra Punia, and Manish Wadhwa, the series blends love and suspense as a young couple’s dreamy journey spirals into a nightmare. Anshul Singh and Sonia Shukla set out for a quiet escape, only to fall prey to a deadly game orchestrated by a ruthless gang. Their desperate fight for survival takes them through Prayagraj’s narrow lanes, ghats, and forests, pushing their love and trust to the absolute limit.
Speaking about his role, Gaurav Sharma shared, “Anshul’s world collapses when his romantic plan turns into chaos. Portraying his shift from comfort to crisis was both challenging and rewarding. Prayagraj’s real locations added a raw edge to every moment.”
For debutante Ambika Vani, playing Sonia was an emotional journey: “It was a story of transformation — from love to fear, and then to resilience. Sonia’s strength in the face of danger inspired me.”
