Detoxify your body with these easy steps

Noida: Detoxifying is a process of cleaning, nourishing and resting the body. This is the practice which was started many years ago to remove toxins from our body and protect us from many diseases.

It maintains the balance and helps in reducing joint pain, headache, insomnia, depression and even diabetes.

Well, you can also make detoxifying foot pads at your home to detoxify body with these simple ingredients:

Ingredients required:-

  1. Onions
  2. Garlic
  3. Water
  4. Self-stick gauze pads
  5. Socks
  • Chop garlic and onion and keep it aside.
  • Boil water in a container.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic in the boiling water and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
  • Let the water cool.
  • Pour the mixture in the gauze pad.
  • If the mixture is wet, squeeze the excess out.
  • Patch the gauze pad on the center of the feet.
  • Put the socks so that pads won’t fall off.
  • The next day when you will remove the footpads, you will see that the dangerous toxins eliminated from the body have darkened the foot detox pads.
